Job Summary

Supports daily production by; preparing equipment for operations, creating/modifying fixturing and tooling, assisting in workflow, working on technical problems, focusing on quality issues, assisting mill operators and working on direct production. Supports policies and procedures to promote continuous improvements to quality and output of production.

Responsibilities and Duties

Performs set up of equipment; assists and provides guidance to operators; provides support to supervisor; working direct production - rolling, lapping, grinding, slitting, cleaning, cutting, inspecting, and supporting inventory.

Qualifications and Skills

2-4 years of related experience. Minimum High School Graduate, 2 year technical degree/certification in manufacturing or related field preferred. Good manual dexterity and mechanically inclined. Good with hand tools and measuring instruments.
