Develops, pursues and manages New Business Opportunities, responsible to, manage customers support, and manage key accounts.
As set by division goals, Develops establishes and implements short and long range plans in NA, maximize market potential and sales volume, at both existing and new accounts, direct OEMs and via distribution. Create and monitors sales and forecasts and objectives, provides weekly and monthly business reporting with sales analysis for top customers.
Works and communicate closely with FDEs, Mgr. Global Sales & Admin, Business Planning, Marketing & App. Engineering
Manage the CS representatives in NA, in professional way, managing orders entry, orders cancelations, customer’s credit, quotations, deliveries, RMAs, etc.
Responsible for providing solutions directly to the key strategic OEM customer base and for managing the distribution channels who are responsible for the Tier 2 and 3 customers. Assist to resolve any obstacles in the customer business.
Manage multi- year contracts, meet with purchasing, procurement, and key executive decision makers, and establish solid, long-term customer relationships.
Market research for new products and trends research.
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline. Business or marketing-related MBA a plus.
10+ years’ experience with significant experience in sales & distribution at senior level, technical sales skills (sales of technical products) , Solid business/finance background and experience; understanding of commercial transactional process involved with sales, prior experience negotiating multi-year contracts with large, global OEMs.
Background in components or sensors a plus, MS office certification , SAP, CRM.
