EHS Manager


Position Description:

Develop and promote MM Sensors new and existing products according to market requirements.

Managing special sales and marketing projects, such as defining product characteristics and content, developing the marketing and sales support tools to launch it to the market.

Develop, update and release product documentations.

Create/Update website and social media

Composing marketing emails and determining keywords for search engine optimization strategies. Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on website ROI

Create a useful, shareable, informative blog posts that improves SEO.

Build and manage MM social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Flicker and additional channels that may be deemed relevant. Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content. Monitor and engage in relevant social discussions about our company, competitors, and/or industry, both from existing leads and customers as well as from brand new audiences. Track, measure, and analyze all initiatives to report on social media ROI.

Track MM position in the market compared with competition.

Conducting SWOT analyses and defining target audience.

Track development of competitors’ products and marketing initiative and provide recommendation for new development and new applications

Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, by:

Converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers).

Track development of the relevant application and users, of competitors’ products and provide recommendations for new development and new applications.

Raise the awareness for non-standard products and technical capabilities and increasing the number of special solutions.

Education/Experience/Skills & Knowledge:

B.S. Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering

Experience in the areas of stress analysis or force measurement is preferred; Minimum of 2-4 years’ experience in technical marketing or sales or application engineering in civil or mechanical engineering projects; Experience with video or picture editing software; Experience with social media; Experience and interest in building things: construction, machining, etc…

Ability to express technical concepts that can be understood by a wide audience; Comfortable with open ended problems and projects; Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
