Data entry for orders or quotes. Interacts with customers, and other internal CSR’s to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions. Supports policies & procedure to promote continuous improvements to the quality of the product.
- Order entry in system from customers, ensures data entry is correct.
- Reviews emails on a daily basis for orders and expedites.
- Updates status to customers on shipments / delivery issues, schedule changes.
- Compiles delivery schedules for customer updates.
- Speaks directly to customers and distributors.
- Relays customer requests for additional information on products or pricing to internal engineers and marketing.
- Handles return product requests from customers (RMA’s).
- Helps to resolves invoice issues and shipping issues with shipping and receiving.
Experience: 2-4 years of related experience.
Skills/Knowledge: Outlook, Microsoft Office, and proficient in data entry.
