Primary responsibilities for this position include interaction with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions, including (but not limited to) purchase order requirements, delivery enquiries, trouble shooting.
Responsibilities and Duties
Receives customer requests, including Automated call distribution voice mail, phone & order entry back up. Prepares various documents related to customer requests, i.e., supplier forms, delivery status reports. Issues daily reports to customers and CS management generated from ERP system. Various clerical tasks, i.e., new customer accounts, vendor forms, EDI sites.
Qualifications and Skills
1-2 years of related experience is required. Individual should be familiar with a personal computer (PC). Experience in Word and Outlook is required. Knowledge of Excel is preferred. Knowledge of office machines such as copiers and facsimile machines is also required. An eye for detail is required. The ability to work under high stress, maintain focus and have good organizational skills is also a requirement.
